*Recipe Name - Chicken Masala Tikka 

*Ingredients - 

Chicken tikka pieces – 300gms 

Curd – ½ cup 

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp 

Kabita's Chicken Masala – 2 tbsps 

Butter 2 tbsp 

Oil – 2 tbsp 

Tomatoes – 2 chopped in quarters 

Onion – 2 chopped in quarters & peeled 

Capsicum – 1 desseded & chopped in 1 “ squares 

Green chilli – 2 to 3 slit 

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 

Crushed coriander seed- 1 tsp 

Kasoori methi – 1 tsp crushed 

Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp 

Salt – to taste 

Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp 

*Steps - 

Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste , curd and kabita’s chicken masala for 30 minutes.

Cook the chicken in a pan  till well done with a little gravy left 

On a tawa heat the butter and oil till hot and add the chicken , coriander seeds , red chilli powder and fry well for 5 to 10 minutes.
