*Recipe Name - Chicken Masala Tikka 

*Ingredients - 

  • Chicken tikka pieces – 300gms 
  • Curd – ½ cup 
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp 
  • Kabita's Chicken Masala – 2 tbsps 
  • Butter 2 tbsp 
  • Oil – 2 tbsp 
  • Tomatoes – 2 chopped in quarters 
  • Onion – 2 chopped in quarters & peeled 
  • Capsicum – 1 desseded & chopped in 1 “ squares 
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3 slit 
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
  • Crushed coriander seed- 1 tsp 
  • Kasoori methi – 1 tsp crushed 
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp 
  • Salt – to taste 
  • Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp 

*Steps - 

Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste , curd and kabita’s chicken masala for 30 minutes.

Cook the chicken in a pan till well done with a little gravy left,

On a tawa heat the butter and oil till hot and add the chicken, coriander seeds, red chilli powder and fry well for 5 to 10 minutes.
