Queries are usually replied to within 5 business days. If there's a delay, customers will be informed, especially when checking with external agencies like the Payment Gateway or Courier partner.
Delivery Process:

After placing an order, our products are inspected, packaged, and shipped with our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they cannot reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We ship throughout India. International shipping is not available.
Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier company details.

You can track the status of your package 12 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 4-6 working days, depending on your location in India.

Shipping charges may vary over time and with promotional offers. Please check the latest notifications on our website for current shipping rates and any applicable offers.
Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Send a WhatsApp message to +91 8655638051 with your order number and state "cancel my order."
Return Process:

We follow a strict no return or exchange policy for food products.

If a product is delivered damaged, we will send a replacement after verifying with the customer on a special case basis.

For such issues, contact our customer care team at support@kabitaskitchen.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If the shipment is damaged, reject/return the shipment and notify the support team by email, stating the order number and issue.

Each order will be dealt with individually. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All payment Refunds will take place within 10-14 business days if the return / cancellation of the order is approved by the team.
