Shipping policy

 

Order Queries:

  • For any product or order-related queries, please email support@kabitaskitchen.in

  • Social media pages are for marketing only and are handled by a different team.

  • Avoid discussing specific issues on social media as queries require time to check and resolve.

  • Queries are usually replied to within 5 business days. If there's a delay, customers will be informed, especially when checking with external agencies like the Payment Gateway or Courier partner.

Delivery Process:

  • After placing an order, our products are inspected, packaged, and shipped with our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they cannot reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Locations:

  • We ship throughout India. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier company details.

  • You can track the status of your package 12 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 4-6 working days, depending on your location in India.

 Shipping Charges :  

Shipping charges may vary over time and with promotional offers. Please check the latest notifications on our website for current shipping rates and any applicable offers.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel your order:

    • Email support@kabitaskitchen.in with the subject line "Cancellation of Order no (####)"

    • Send a WhatsApp message to +91 8655638051 with your order number and state "cancel my order."

Return Process:

  • We follow a strict no return or exchange policy for food products.

  • If a product is delivered damaged, we will send a replacement after verifying with the customer on a special case basis.

  • For such issues, contact our customer care team at support@kabitaskitchen.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • If the shipment is damaged, reject/return the shipment and notify the support team by email, stating the order number and issue.

  • Each order will be dealt with individually. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • All payment Refunds will take place within 10-14 business days if the return / cancellation of the order is approved by the team.
