*Recipe Name - Rajma Galouti Kebab

*Ingredients - 

Rajma – 1 cup 

Cashew – 8 to 10 

Green chillies – 2 chopped 

Elaichi powder ¼ tsp 

Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Kabita’s Garam Masala – 1 tsp 

Onion – 1 chopped 

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp 

Paneer – 50 gms grated 

Kewra essence – ½ tsp 

Oil – 4 tbsp 

Salt to taste 

*Steps -

Soak Rajma overnight and cook in 3 cups water till v soft . Dry any remaining water and allow to cool .

In a mixie jar, grind together the cooled rajma , cashews , red chilli powder , elaichi powder and garam masala powder to a smooth paste .

In a kadai, heat 2tbsps of oil and saute the onion till transparent . Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes . Add this to the rajma paste along with grated paneer ,Kewra essence and salt to taste . 

Mix well till smooth and form small flat kebabs .

Grease a non stick tawa with a little oil and grill on medium heat till the kebabs  are brown on both sides

Serve with green chutney and onion rings .
