*Recipe Name - Pav Bhaji Bread Rolls
*Ingredients -
- Bread slices – 8 - 10
- Mixed Vegetables steamed – 3 cups mashed
- (Potato, carrot, beans,peas, cabbage )
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsps
- Tomato Puree – 2 tbsps
- Kabita’s Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tbsps
- Oil – 2 tbsps
- Butter – 3 tbsps
- Onion – 1 medium chopped
- Garlic – 6 bulbs minced
- Green chilli – 2 chopped
- Green coriander – 2 tbsps chopped
- Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
*Steps -
In a kadhai heat oil & butter and add chopped onion and garlic and fry till golden
Add the tomato puree , tomato ketchup, green chill and fry till almost dry .
Add the mashed vegetables and Kabita’s pav bhaji masala . Adjust salt , mix well and add green coriander .
Keep aside to cool .
Dip each bread slice in water , squeeze excess water and roll with a rolling pin to flatten
Place 2 tsps of the mixture and roll the bread slice into a tight roll pressing to seal the ends . If necessary seal the ends with a little maida mixed in water.
